Privacy policy

Effective 20 October 2026. Moonify Co. LTD, United States, operates Moonifyu. Contact Discord support privately for privacy questions and account requests.

Information used

Accounts contain your email, optional display name, password hash, creation date and session records. Passwords are checked during sign-in; the server stores a password hash. License and activation records include the plan, expiry, activation result, device identifier, PC name and app version. Purchase records include plan, amount, payment status and provider/order references. Hosting providers process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs; rate-limit and security records help protect the service.

Purpose and providers

We use this information to sign you in, deliver and validate purchased access, prevent duplicate fulfillment or abuse, provide downloads, resolve support requests and maintain transaction records. Vercel hosts the website and downloads, Netlify hosts the sales backend, Turso stores account/license/order data, and NOWPayments processes crypto payments. These providers may process data outside your country. Discord separately handles information you choose to share there. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be deleted by Moonifyu. We do not request wallet private keys or payment-card details.

Device storage and security

The website uses an essential sign-in cookie lasting up to 30 days. The desktop app stores settings and remembered email locally. Keep me signed in stores a session protected with Windows DPAPI for the current Windows user; passwords are not saved. License caches are also Windows-protected. Sign out on shared PCs. These protections do not make a compromised device or account safe. Do not post logs or saved session files publicly.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and transaction records for service, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal needs; automatic account/transaction deletion is not implemented. Expired sessions stop providing access. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion after ownership verification. Records needed for unresolved transactions or legal obligations may be retained. Applicable privacy rights remain available. We do not sell account information or use it for behavioral advertising in this service.

Children and changes

The service is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied personal information should contact support. Updates to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
