Effective 20 October 2026. Moonifyu is supplied by Moonify Co. LTD, United States. Contact us through discord.gg/qJ958ssETk. These terms cover purchases and use of this website and the desktop app. Read the software license, privacy policy and refund policy before buying.

Access and delivery

Monthly access is a single payment for 30 days from payment confirmation, with no automatic renewal. Lifetime access has no scheduled expiry and lasts for the life of the product; it does not promise that the product will operate forever. Both plans cover one PC at a time. Self-service PC resets are available once every seven days. Confirmed licenses and published downloads appear in the purchasing account's dashboard. Check build availability and requirements before buying. Features marked unavailable or coming soon are not included promises.

Payment

Prices are displayed in USD. NOWPayments handles cryptocurrency checkout and displays the amount, network, deadline and any applicable charges before you send funds. Card payments are not currently offered. Access is delivered after full payment confirmation, not merely opening an invoice. Pending, partial, incorrect-network or late payments require review; do not send a second payment without checking the invoice.

Your account and use

Use accurate account information, keep your password private and do not resell or share access. You must have legal capacity to purchase, or permission from a parent or guardian who makes the purchase. Use the software only where you have permission and follow applicable law and third-party platform rules. Moonifyu is independent and is not endorsed by Roblox. Compatibility, uninterrupted availability and avoidance of third-party account penalties are not guaranteed.

Changes and problems

Game updates can interrupt features. We may issue fixes or change features and will describe material access changes on the website. Contact support about failed delivery or material product faults; the refund policy applies. We may suspend access for verified fraud or account misuse, with an opportunity to contact support. Future policy changes do not remove refund rights attached to an existing purchase. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.
